Concept Construction
Concept Construction is owned and operated by Jared and Shelley Laban, a talented husband-and-wife team dedicated to building excellence.
With over 20 years of experience in the Bay of Plenty building industry, Jared is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) and a trade-qualified builder, as well as a member of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association. Shelley, also an LBP, is an Architectural Designer holds a NZCAD qualification.
Together, they bring a unique combination of building expertise and design excellence to every project, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for their clients.
